MS Teams has the same problem Slack has, where they’re unable to track if you’ve read all the chats or not and still having that notification badge on chats. OCD Nightmare.
Same here. I’ve clicked it many times and there’s never a new option there, so I don’t know why you need to add the notification badge to that button in every single chat.
